Please note that we do not accommodate any address change requests once an order has been placed.

NON-ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR AN EXCHANGE:

Mahwish Haider holds the right to not amend/ edit orders after 72 hours of purchase confirmation. No return/refund is possible for a custom size outfit. It is customer’s responsibility to ask for pictures before dispatch if needed for a wedding wear/formal or a bridal outfit.

Once the order is acknowledged via WhatsApp, there is no refund/exchange.
